Shazim is a valuation and real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the sector. His expertise spans high-end tourism, commercial, and residential properties, and he has conducted valuations for both international and local clients.

Shazim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Assumption University of Thailand. He is a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK), qualifying as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor. Throughout the career, he has valued assets totaling over USD 1 billion.

Specialized in Corporate Finance and Accounting. Jinah Shareef is a qualified chartered accountant at ACCA with more than ten years of experience in real estate finance. He is a founder and partner at Peppercorn Realty. He has contributed immensely to the firm's valuation assignments with his strong, extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and modeling.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and is the Chief Financial Officer at a real estate and housing development company.
