Service deliverables and scope will be clearly defined in a formal engagement agreement or proposal document.

  • Pay all agreed fees as outlined in the engagement letter or invoice.

Delays or failure to provide necessary input may impact our ability to deliver services on time or within scope.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are determined based on the scope of services and are agreed upon prior to project commencement.
  • Invoices are payable within the time frame specified (typically 14 or 30 days unless otherwise agreed).
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of services.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, or legal information exchanged during the engagement. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, valuations, studies, and other deliverables provided by Peppercorn Realty remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon settlement of all dues, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

Our methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes remain the sole intellectual property of Peppercorn Realty LLP.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services based on available data and market expertise, Peppercorn Realty shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Decisions made or actions taken by clients based on our reports without independent verification
  • Delays or service disruptions due to force majeure events

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
